Corporate social and environmental responsibility

Corporate social and environmental responsibility

Over the last few years, the traditional concept of security centres on the Government has implemented a new concept, commonly referred to as the new security strategy.
The new security strategy, more commonly referred to as the reform of the security sector (RSS), acknowledges that a multiplicity of governmental and non-governmental players may ensure security or, in certain circumstances, may give rise to insecurity (UNITAR, 2017)
According to Koffi Annan (2000), “The concept of human safety encompasses human rights, good governance, access to education and the best healthcare possible for every individual to make choices and seize opportunities which will allow them to fulfil their potential. Every step in this direction is also a step to reduce poverty, economic growth and conflict prevention. The freedom to live free from want, free from fear, and the freedom to be able to provide future generations with a healthy and natural environment; these are the elements that are closely linked with human – and thereby national- security.”
Kofi Annan, former Secretary General of the United Nations (2000)
According to the European Union (EU)
“RSS plays an important role in conflict prevention, reinstating peace as well as democratisation, and contributes to durable development… The goal is to contribute… to the consolidation of good governance, democracy, the Rule of law, the protection of human rights and an efficient use of public resources.”
Thoughts on the support given the European Community to the reform of the security sector (2006)
In doing so, the innovation of the company DictaFight will lie in the application of a corporate social and environmental responsibility policy centred on a new concept “World peace and private security council” to be implemented on the operational plan for a world platform of public-private partnership to see to the protection of people, human rights advocates, humanitarians and environment protection The World peace and private security council will be divided into three main action groups:
– The World peace and private security council of human rights advocates will be in charge of cataloguing all violations and retaliation against human rights advocates around the world, issuing resolutions for the alleged perpetrators and all the parties involved, to take prompt action for victims via mediation, close protection or safe houses.
– The World peace and private security council of humanitarians will be in charge of cataloguing all violations and retaliation against people in charge of humanitarian matters around the world, issuing resolutions for the alleged perpetrators and all the parties involved, to take prompt action for victims via mediation, close protection or safe houses.
– The World private peace and private security council for the environment will be in charge of cataloguing all abuses in terms of environmental protection, launching urgent calls on perpetrators and all the parties involved to reinforce measures to protect victims and the areas in question.

Operation :

The members of the World peace and private security council are the representatives of renowned private security companies that are consolidated in the different Member States of the United Nations. The Council has a secretariat: the company DictaFight. The Council holds regular sessions bi-annually in Luxembourg. Extraordinary sessions are held upon proposal by a member private security company in case of threats or serious breach communicated to the company with actual need for intervention. The company resorts to the secretariat, which notifies the other members. The approval of 1/3 of members within 24 hours is required to hold special sessions. Particular organisation regulations set the organisational and operational methods of the World peace and private security council, as well as its regional dismemberment.

Financing / Partnership :

All parties involved are invited to finance the project of the World peace and private security council by donations, aid, grants, and tax relief for private security companies.
